Guests are charged FULL amount at check-in, and an auth hold for one night is placed on CC day before check-in. Auth hold disappears and is only to confirm room. Rooms are released without valid CC. If we don't have valid CC or valid contact info, you will loose your booking. Must provide valid contact info.
There is a 72 hour cancellation policy. For full refund you MUST cancel 3 days prior to check-in or before.
Guests MUST be 25 years or older, unless accompanied by a parent. We are strict on this policy.
Check-in time is 3pm, and check-out time is 11am. You are welcome to arrive early, store luggage in our office, and enjoy the rest of our hotel's amenities, including beachfront patio and roof. You can always talk to us about delayed check-out and leaving luggage on site.
There is no resort fee. Parking is $10/day for all rooms except dorm/bunk room. One room guarantees one parking spot. Parking is tight and we recommend compact cars only. Wifi is free. Beach gear rental is free. We do collect a 2.99% processing fee for credit card transactions ONLY. This is from our processor and not us.
BY PLACING A BOOKING YOU CONFIRM YOU ARE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OR OLDER!
